I recently traveled from Phoenix AZ to Dallas just so Sam could do my lip injections. It was well worth the trip. I was injected yesterday and the swelling has already went down to the point I could go to work and no one has noticed a thing. Lip injections are tricky you cannot just go to anyone. I'm on the second day and my lips do not look duck like they look natural and full. Sam has also done my botox and fillers. I would never let anyone else touch my face. She's able to notice lines and suggest fillers in places that really make a difference in your appearance. Sam loves her clients and has a serious passion for what she does and it shows! More

Dr. V is truly amazing. My skin has been pretty good to me throughout my life (shoutout to genetics, water, and sunscreen since I was 14), but I'm always game to try new skincare treatments. They say "if it's not broke, don't fix it," but I don't fully agree when it comes to my skin. I'm all about improving the longevity of its health and youthful glow.First of all, her studio is beautifully designed. I haven't been to the new one yet, but I'm excited to check it out in the future. Plus, the Cowboy Carter album was playing when I walked in, so I instantly felt at home--enough said.I didn't know exactly what I wanted "fixed," but I told Dr. V that my skin looked a bit tired and dull. She recommended Vivace RF microneedling and the Moxi laser. Listen, when your doctor looks as stunning as Dr. V, you trust their advice--and I'm so glad I did. I had 3 or 4 sessions between March and July 2024, and it's been a few months now, yet my skin is still glowing. First time lip filler girl here. I walked in extremely nervous, practically terrified. The receptionist from the very beginning of my booking put me at so much more ease (she's the sweetest). I was so overwhelmed at first that I forgot got my injectors name (will be calling back for it) but she was amazing! Went over absolutely everything to expect. I know everyone is different but I had zero bruising (already miss the swelling). Went out the same night I got them done and had so many compliments. He will be totally honest with you and wont try to offer you more injections if he thinks you don't need to. although he deals with southlake ladies (which I am one of them) his prices are very reasonable. I have been coming here for about a year for Dysport and lip filler. Every time I visit it is a great experience. Tia is very informative but never pushy. She will give you her honest opinion on what she thinks will work for you and listens to you when you have questions or concerns. I have friends who have had neurotoxin and lip filler from somewhere else and from what I can tell REFINE Med Spa has very competitive pricing, but to me the biggest value is Tia’s knowledge and experience. I researched injectors for months and she stood out to me as being knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive via DM which I didn’t experience with the majority of others I reached out to. I have had services at Refine Medical Spa in Southlake many times. Their staff is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and professional. Collin is very skilled with all the procedures he has performed for me. I have had injections and PRP facials. Collin is excellent at explaining all aspects of what the procedure involves and goes through the process step by step so that I am comfortable throughout the process. I have had Dysport and Vampire facials. I have had great results with every treatment. Most recently, I had a hydrofacial, dermaplane and photofacial by Kendal. Kendal did a great job. She is thorough, gentle and very meticulous in her care. What a great staff they have at Refine Medical Spa. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great results in calm professional atmosphere. Their injectors are licensed nurse practitioners! Not all injectors are licensed. This is a big plus for me. More

I really enjoy treatments at REFINE.  Meagan has really done great things with my skin.  I had a bunch of small bumps on my forehead.  Derm was going to remove them for a lot more $.  There are times you need a derm, times you need an esthetician.  Meagan used two different techniques for two different types of bumps.  Very pleased with results.  Also did laser with Meagan with great success.  Definitely will continue treatments.  Then, Collin as an injector is great.  I was pleased, but not surprised to learn that Collin is an NP.  A great, collaborative team.  Then, Nicole at the front controls the front office and waiting area.  Everyone is working to treat patients and keep everyone safe.  I am committed to continuing with REFINE. I had an excellent hyperhydrosis (excessive  sweating under my arm pits) treatment with Botox at Refine. I have been doing this for about 10 years and this was the first time with Refine. You can always tell an experienced injector right away. My results were phenomenal. I love this place! This was my 3rd time getting either Botox or Dysport and by far the best experience and results I’ve had. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Jana performed my injections and she was wonderful, good energy, easy to talk to and she didn’t make me feel like I needed a million treatments (I look at my face everyday, I don’t need someone else picking it apart). A few weeks later, and I’m getting so many complements on my skin and how radiant and glowing it looks... exactly the result I was after, as I didn’t want it to be obvious that I had anything done. I love this place! This was my 3rd time getting either Botox or Dysport and by far the best experience and results I’ve had. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Jana performed my injections and she was wonderful, good energy, easy to talk to and she didn’t make me feel like I needed a million treatments (I look at my face everyday, I don’t need someone else picking it apart). A few weeks later, and I’m getting so many complements on my skin and how radiant and glowing it looks... exactly the result I was after, as I didn’t want it to be obvious that I had anything done. I was in Texas visiting my family, and my daughter surprised me with an early Mother's Day gift to have a HydraFacial and Dermaplaning at Refine Medical Spa.  The friendly staff and positive atmosphere was what I recognized when I first walked in the door. My appointment was with Kerry and I was so impressed by her knowledge as she explained each step of the process. The relaxing background music was also a good addition to my wonderful experience. I first contacted Refine Medical to inquire about medically assisted weight loss. I’ve struggled with my weight most of my adult life. After meeting Angela and Dr. Mondorf, they have helped me gain a renewed sense of self-esteem and desire to care for myself. They are both so kind, informative and truly care about their patients. The whole appointment was about an hour as he walked me through all the details, drew my blood, got me nice and numb, and used the pump after the procedure. I could definitely tell an immediate increase in my girth and length! I'm excited to see the total results in a few weeks after the effects kick in. Definitely recommend giving these folks a try.. loved it More

Dr Mondorf made me so very comfortable discussing my hormone imbalances and I have always been treated wonderfully by her and Angela, who is always up on appointments, special treatment and amazing results!! I am new to the area and just happened to stumble upon this Med Spa from reviews I read online.  Everything is true about this Medical Spa from  exceptional receptionists at the front desk to the best "injector" Beth; I have ever had.  She is phenomenal and  is very caring and does her best to make sure you do not feel a thing.  It always turns out to be an excellent experience for me, especially for the results I get on my face.  Beth injected a series of Sculptra and Radiesse to make my face look wonderful!  She knows her job and explains every little detail to you about the procedure before and after she injects. UNBELEIVABLE!  I visited Refine this morning for a consult on getting facial fillers.  I was cheerfully greeted in the lobby by Samantha and after a short wait I consulted with Beth, the injector.  She listened to my concerns & wishes and I proceeded to get the fillers we discussed.  The topical anesthetic cream made the injections almost painless.  I left looking 10 years younger (immediately!)  Beth's knowledge was VERY impressive.  She reassured me that I would get the look I wanted and would not look "overdone".  I will be a repeat customer for sure! The girls at Refine are above and beyond the greatest in the Metro! Sam is so welcoming! They have a referral program for friends so that you can gain credit towards services! 02/7/18 I booked my first appointment on a day they were having a Valentine's beauty event. It was bustling with activity. Free finger foods and mimosas uh yes!!! They also had a free wax from European wax center, make up and hair demos, boudoir photo sessions at a great price. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, warm, and  friendly. I did not feel like I was on the outside of an exclusive club. I was greeted and offered a mimosa right off. I was able to get my wax since Samantha was running just a little behind schedule.  Just as soon as my wax was done I was whisked off into the consult/treatment room with Samantha. She is wonderful! Genuine and knowledgeable. She marked me up which not once have any of my previous injectors done.  We discussed the differences between Dysport and Botox. She didn't try to up sell  me once; she just advised about the things she saw. Samantha priced both conservative and aggressive approach for me. She put me at ease with her knowledge and sincerity. She backed it up with her skill! Checkout was quick and easy. I happily parted with my $. I was even able to bank the special pricing for my follow up in June. I will post about my results in a week.
