Collin takes good care of my skin and I have a lot of compliments on how my skin looks. They rarely believe I used to have post acne scars before. I have had services at Refine Medical Spa in Southlake many times. Their staff is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and professional. Collin is very skilled with all the procedures he has performed for me. I have had injections and PRP facials. Collin is excellent at explaining all aspects of what the procedure involves and goes through the process step by step so that I am comfortable throughout the process. I have had Dysport and Vampire facials. I have had great results with every treatment. Most recently, I had a hydrofacial, dermaplane and photofacial by Kendal. Kendal did a great job. She is thorough, gentle and very meticulous in her care. What a great staff they have at Refine Medical Spa. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great results in calm professional atmosphere. Their injectors are licensed nurse practitioners! Not all injectors are licensed. This is a big plus for me. More
I have had several treatments now with Meagan. ResurFX, IPL Photofacials, Microneedlings and Chemical Peels. Meagan is so professional and really knows her profession. I don’t trust anyone else with my facial treatments. I always have great results. More

I've never felt as confident about my appearance as I do now. The staff is amazing. You really can't go wrong with any of the injectors at REFINE. I have seen them all and have always had wonderful results. I recently went to Tia for lip injections and get complimented on them all of the time. They look perfect! Tia is able to make them look the right amount of full, without looking over the top. Collin is another miracle worker! His attention to detail and gentle touch can't be beat. I also highly recommend seeing Meagan, the esthetician at REFINE. She does the best dermaplanes and facials. My skin is instantly smoother and healthier. However, the main thing that makes REFINE stand out is their highly accredited staff. Having the proper accreditation and experience is very important to me! The ladies that work here are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Willing to answer any questions I have and explain every step of the process. I was in Texas visiting my family, and my daughter surprised me with an early Mother's Day gift to have a HydraFacial and Dermaplaning at Refine Medical Spa. The friendly staff and positive atmosphere was what I recognized when I first walked in the door. My appointment was with Kerry and I was so impressed by her knowledge as she explained each step of the process. The relaxing background music was also a good addition to my wonderful experience. I had such an amazing and incredible experience with REFINE and it started with the most professional customer service voice of Samantha answering my call . The entire process from booking to check out was entirely professional and faultless! Samantha introduced me to Beth and Kerri. I was very impressed with them both and respectfully admired their team work. It sincerely did NOT take more than five minutes for me to realize that Beth has to be THE BEST injector in Dallas, TX...her passion, medical, esthetician and attention to eye detail, rewarded me to know that I will definitely be returning and highly recommend that if you are reading my review, you will too . Guess what? It even gets better, Beth called me the very next day and it was on a Sunday, to follow-up and check on me. If that alone does not impress you, then maybe you should not waist her time because that is who she is.
