Dr. V is truly amazing. My skin has been pretty good to me throughout my life (shoutout to genetics, water, and sunscreen since I was 14), but I'm always game to try new skincare treatments. They say "if it's not broke, don't fix it," but I don't fully agree when it comes to my skin. I'm all about improving the longevity of its health and youthful glow.First of all, her studio is beautifully designed. I haven't been to the new one yet, but I'm excited to check it out in the future. Plus, the Cowboy Carter album was playing when I walked in, so I instantly felt at home--enough said.I didn't know exactly what I wanted "fixed," but I told Dr. V that my skin looked a bit tired and dull. She recommended Vivace RF microneedling and the Moxi laser. Listen, when your doctor looks as stunning as Dr. V, you trust their advice--and I'm so glad I did. I had 3 or 4 sessions between March and July 2024, and it's been a few months now, yet my skin is still glowing. Even after the stress of moving out of the country and adjusting to a true winter climate, you'd never know it. My skin still looks radiant.All hail Dr. V. More

It has been a year now since I got my first treatment of microneedling here. Everyone is genuinely friendly and happy. Collin takes good care of my skin and I have a lot of compliments on how my skin looks. They rarely believe I used to have post acne scars before. I would recommend this spa to all my friends and people I know. More

I have had services at Refine Medical Spa in Southlake many times. Their staff is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and professional. Collin is very skilled with all the procedures he has performed for me. I have had injections and PRP facials. Collin is excellent at explaining all aspects of what the procedure involves and goes through the process step by step so that I am comfortable throughout the process. I have had Dysport and Vampire facials. I have had great results with every treatment. Most recently, I had a hydrofacial, dermaplane and photofacial by Kendal. Kendal did a great job. She is thorough, gentle and very meticulous in her care. What a great staff they have at Refine Medical Spa. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great results in calm professional atmosphere. Their injectors are licensed nurse practitioners! Not all injectors are licensed. This is a big plus for me. More

I have had several treatments now with Meagan.  ResurFX, IPL Photofacials, Microneedlings and Chemical Peels.  Meagan is so professional and really knows her profession.  I don’t trust anyone else with my facial treatments.  I always have great results. More

I had a Hydrafacial and dermaplaning performed by Meghan. It was like spending a day at the spa! She is wonderful and takes the time to get all that nasty stuff out of your pores! I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting clearer skin. More

I am a patient at REFINE and highly recommend this Med spa over others I have tried in the past. Simply put, this one is the best and I am incredibly picky. I've never felt as confident about my appearance as I do now. The staff is amazing. You really can't go wrong with any of the injectors at REFINE. I have seen them all and have always had wonderful results. I recently went to Tia for lip injections and get complimented on them all of the time. They look perfect! Tia is able to make them look the right amount of full, without looking over the top. Collin is another miracle worker! His attention to detail and gentle touch can't be beat. I also highly recommend seeing Meagan, the esthetician at REFINE. She does the best dermaplanes and facials. My skin is instantly smoother and healthier. However, the main thing that makes REFINE stand out is their highly accredited staff. Having the proper accreditation and experience is very important to me! Other med spas do not seem to have the same high standards that REFINE does. More

I’m young and have been wanting to get Botox and fillers for a long time! I searched to find a place that had licensed nurse injectors, good reviews, and competitive prices. After searching DFW, I found refine to be the only one to check all those boxes! Collin the NP answered all my questions and concerns! I was able to get a complimentary consultation as well as my treatment the same day. Collin was amazing and gentle with the injections! Tia is hands down the best injector on the planet. I fully trust her to make any and all decisions when it comes to botox and filler in my face. She’s gentle, polite, knowledgeable and professional. She won’t waste your time or your money with services you do not need. Meagan is in ch...arge of my facials and let me tell you this is not an easy task. I was in Texas visiting my family, and my daughter surprised me with an early Mother's Day gift to have a HydraFacial and Dermaplaning at Refine Medical Spa.  The friendly staff and positive atmosphere was what I recognized when I first walked in the door. My appointment was with Kerry and I was so impressed by her knowledge as she explained each step of the process. The relaxing background music was also a good addition to my wonderful experience. And it goes without saying, but Amber was so nice and kind on every visit. I've been searching for a medical spa to make my regular spot for several years now and I've finally found it! They aren't one of those stuck up snobby medical spas that we've all been to, just nice, relatable people that want you to be happy and feel great! They have a whole new team from a few years ago and THEY ARE THE BEST! Seriously give these guys a try, you won't be sorry. More

I had such an amazing and incredible experience with REFINE and it started with the most professional customer service voice of Samantha answering my call . The entire process from booking to check out was entirely professional and faultless!  Samantha introduced me to Beth and Kerri.  I was very impressed with them both and respectfully admired their team work.  It sincerely did NOT take more than five minutes for me to realize that Beth has to be THE BEST injector in Dallas, TX...her passion, medical, esthetician and attention to eye detail, rewarded me to know that I will definitely be returning and highly recommend that if you are reading my review, you will too .  Guess what?   It even gets better, Beth called me the very next day and it was on a Sunday, to follow-up and check on me.  If that alone does not impress you, then maybe you should not waist her time because that is who she is.  Not only will she clean up and refresh your face, she will let you guide her according to your budget.  I'm not sure if I could be the only high maintenance girl in my 50's who has had a few injections and wondered how crazy I must be to spend so much ridiculousness money and be very disappointed with my past esthetic injectable results.  I have applied a lot of time to find the perfect skilled esthetician to correct my esthetic messes and am proud to say, that  REFINE delivers all of my expectations. #REFINEisspoton #botox #injectables #professional More
