I saw Tia for first time lip filler and a little Botox. I researched injectors for months and she stood out to me as being knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive via DM which I didn’t experience with the majority of others I reached out to. She also is one of few that provides dental blocks for lip filler and I was scared of the pain. My appointment went very well. Tia was easy to talk to, skilled at what she does, and was patient. She made sure it was virtually painless even pausing to let me have more laughing gas and to re-numb my lips. I can’t wait to go back! My results are beautiful. More

I have had services at Refine Medical Spa in Southlake many times. Their staff is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and professional. Collin is very skilled with all the procedures he has performed for me. I have had injections and PRP facials. Collin is excellent at explaining all aspects of what the procedure involves and goes through the process step by step so that I am comfortable throughout the process. I have had Dysport and Vampire facials. I have had great results with every treatment. Most recently, I had a hydrofacial, dermaplane and photofacial by Kendal. Kendal did a great job. She is thorough, gentle and very meticulous in her care. What a great staff they have at Refine Medical Spa. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great results in calm professional atmosphere. Their injectors are licensed nurse practitioners! Not all injectors are licensed. This is a big plus for me. More

I love this place! This was my 3rd time getting either Botox or Dysport and by far the best experience and results I’ve had. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Jana performed my injections and she was wonderful, good energy, easy to talk to and she didn’t make me feel like I needed a million treatments (I look at my face everyday, I don’t need someone else picking it apart). A few weeks later, and I’m getting so many complements on my skin and how radiant and glowing it looks... exactly the result I was after, as I didn’t want it to be obvious that I had anything done. I found my new place for dysport and my new technician. Very happy all around. More

Great service first off, everyone has been very nice and professional. First time getting a facial. Meagan did my hydra facial and derma planning and it was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and super sweet! My skin felt so soft, clean and just overall amazing! I would highly recommend it!!
