It has been a year now since I got my first treatment of microneedling here. Everyone is genuinely friendly and happy. Collin takes good care of my skin and I have a lot of compliments on how my skin looks. They rarely believe I used to have post acne scars before. I did my first microneedling session to get rid of acne scars. I saw Collin, the nurse practitioner and he was amazing.... so knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions. Kendall did my microneedling and she was AMAZING as well. Constantly asked me if I was okay and how the pressure was.... numbed me so much I hardly felt anything. I have never been so impressed in my life. I am from Chicago and leave in April.... I will be flying back here just to go here for my final treatment! 15/10 rating for me. More

I’m young and have been wanting to get Botox and fillers for a long time! I searched to find a place that had licensed nurse injectors, good reviews, and competitive prices. After searching DFW, I found refine to be the only one to check all those boxes! Collin the NP answered all my questions and concerns! I was able to get a complimentary consultation as well as my treatment the same day. Collin was amazing and gentle with the injections! Tia filled my lips and they are perfect without being overfilled. Meagan-the aesthetician gave me my first dermaplane that didn’t hurt!! Had a microneedling procedure with the AMAZING Meagan yesterday. She’s the sweetest and most knowledgeable person plus she’s a perfectionist! I bought a microneedle package through Groupon and have been twice so far. Very happy with the service and pleased with the results. The ladies that work here are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Willing to answer any questions I have and explain every step of the process. The office is very relaxing and they do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place. More

For my second visit I saw Kerry for a facial and dermaplane, she is so sweet and does a phenomenal job. Again, she didn't rush (which was awesome considering she had a scalpel to my face). We discussed what would be best for me going forward, but she didn't try to sell my anything (that's always uncomfortable at med spas). I'll now be back for a package of microneedling with her. And it goes without saying, but Amber was so nice and kind on every visit. I've been searching for a medical spa to make my regular spot for several years now and I've finally found it! They aren't one of those stuck up snobby medical spas that we've all been to, just nice, relatable people that want you to be happy and feel great! They have a whole new team from a few years ago and THEY ARE THE BEST! Seriously give these guys a try, you won't be sorry. More

I had such an amazing and incredible experience with REFINE and it started with the most professional customer service voice of Samantha answering my call . The entire process from booking to check out was entirely professional and faultless! Samantha introduced me to Beth and Kerri. I was very impressed with them both and respectfully admired their team work. It sincerely did NOT take more than five minutes for me to realize that Beth has to be THE BEST injector in Dallas, TX...her passion, medical, esthetician and attention to eye detail, rewarded me to know that I will definitely be returning and highly recommend that if you are reading my review, you will too . Guess what? It even gets better, Beth called me the very next day and it was on a Sunday, to follow-up and check on me. If that alone does not impress you, then maybe you should not waist her time because that is who she is. Not only will she clean up and refresh your face, she will let you guide her according to your budget.
