I recently traveled from Phoenix AZ to Dallas just so Sam could do my lip injections. It was well worth the trip. I was injected yesterday and the swelling has already went down to the point I could go to work and no one has noticed a thing. Lip injections are tricky you cannot just go to anyone. I'm on the second day and my lips do not look duck like they look natural and full. Sam has also done my botox and fillers. I would never let anyone else touch my face. She's able to notice lines and suggest fillers in places that really make a difference in your appearance. Sam loves her clients and has a serious passion for what she does and it shows! More

This is the #1 go-to place, Tia is a MIRACLE WORKER! This is my third time coming, and all the people are so nice. I refuse to go anywhere else. The service is exceptional and they are 100% quality. I have been coming here for about a year for Dysport and lip filler. Every time I visit it is a great experience. Tia is very informative but never pushy. She will give you her honest opinion on what she thinks will work for you and listens to you when you have questions or concerns. I have friends who have had neurotoxin and lip filler from somewhere else and from what I can tell REFINE Med Spa has very competitive pricing, but to me the biggest value is Tia’s knowledge and experience. I saw Tia for first time lip filler and a little Botox. I researched injectors for months and she stood out to me as being knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive via DM which I didn’t experience with the majority of others I reached out to. She also is one of few that provides dental blocks for lip filler and I was scared of the pain. My appointment went very well. Tia was easy to talk to, skilled at what she does, and was patient. Collin is very skilled with all the procedures he has performed for me. I have had injections and PRP facials. Collin is excellent at explaining all aspects of what the procedure involves and goes through the process step by step so that I am comfortable throughout the process. I have had Dysport and Vampire facials. I have had great results with every treatment. Most recently, I had a hydrofacial, dermaplane and photofacial by Kendal. Kendal did a great job. She is thorough, gentle and very meticulous in her care. What a great staff they have at Refine Medical Spa. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great results in calm professional atmosphere. Their injectors are licensed nurse practitioners! Not all injectors are licensed. I really enjoy treatments at REFINE.  Meagan has really done great things with my skin.  I had a bunch of small bumps on my forehead.  Derm was going to remove them for a lot more $.  There are times you need a derm, times you need an esthetician.  Meagan used two different techniques for two different types of bumps.  Very pleased with results.  Also did laser with Meagan with great success.  Definitely will continue treatments.  Then, Collin as an injector is great.  I was pleased, but not surprised to learn that Collin is an NP.  A great, collaborative team.  Then, Nicole at the front controls the front office and waiting area.  Everyone is working to treat patients and keep everyone safe.  I am committed to continuing with REFINE. I had my lips done by Collin and they are the best lips I have ever had! I maybe found my lip artist for life.. they look amazing. I'm so happy. I had an excellent hyperhydrosis (excessive  sweating under my arm pits) treatment with Botox at Refine. I have been doing this for about 10 years and this was the first time with Refine. You can always tell an experienced injector right away. My results were phenomenal. With a bad injector you usually continue to sweat at the areas that were treated but this time results are remarkable. Very happy with the outcomes. The Med Spa is very professional with great staff. I love this place! This was my 3rd time getting either Botox or Dysport and by far the best experience and results I’ve had. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Jana performed my injections and she was wonderful, good energy, easy to talk to and she didn’t make me feel like I needed a million treatments (I look at my face everyday, I don’t need someone else picking it apart). A few weeks later, and I’m getting so many complements on my skin and how radiant and glowing it looks... exactly the result I was after, as I didn’t want it to be obvious that I had anything done. Dr Mondorf made me so very comfortable discussing my hormone imbalances and I have always been treated wonderfully by her and Angela, who is always up on appointments, special treatment and amazing results!! I am new to the area and just happened to stumble upon this Med Spa from reviews I read online.  Everything is true about this Medical Spa from  exceptional receptionists at the front desk to the best "injector" Beth; I have ever had.  She is phenomenal and  is very caring and does her best to make sure you do not feel a thing.  It always turns out to be an excellent experience for me, especially for the results I get on my face.  Beth injected a series of Sculptra and Radiesse to make my face look wonderful!  She knows her job and explains every little detail to you about the procedure before and after she injects. UNBELEIVABLE!  I visited Refine this morning for a consult on getting facial fillers.  I was cheerfully greeted in the lobby by Samantha and after a short wait I consulted with Beth, the injector.  She listened to my concerns & wishes and I proceeded to get the fillers we discussed.  The topical anesthetic cream made the injections almost painless.  I left looking 10 years younger (immediately!)  Beth's knowledge was VERY impressive.  She reassured me that I would get the look I wanted and would not look "overdone".  I will be a repeat customer for sure! The girls at Refine are above and beyond the greatest in the Metro! Sam is so welcoming! They have a referral program for friends so that you can gain credit towards services!
